    Terms & Conditions

    • We kindly allocate 90 minutes of dining time per table. After this period, seating is no longer reserved and your group may be required to join the queue.
    • If you’re running late, please let us know in advance. If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your booking time, your reservation may be cancelled and the table offered to other guests.
    • Please note, we do not reserve specific tables or areas. If your preferred date or time is fully booked, feel free to send us a request or contact us on (02) 9708 1307 or info@alfaisalmandi.com.au, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
    • If you're planning a special event, party, or have any specific requirements, please mention them in the comments section when booking or get in touch with us directly.
    • Once you submit your reservation, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If it’s not in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
    • If, due to any technical issue, we don’t receive your booking and you haven’t heard back from us within 2 hours, you have the right to contact us directly by phone to confirm your booking status.
    • Reservations are free of charge, but we reserve the right to cancel bookings at any time due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural events, walk-in guest volume, or operational needs.
