Terms & Conditions

  • Dining Duration: Each table is allocated a 90-minute dining time. After this, the reserved seating is released and guests may be required to rejoin the queue.
  • Late Arrivals: If you're running late, please notify us as early as possible. If you haven’t arrived within 15 minutes of your booking time, your reservation may be cancelled and your table offered to other diners.
  • Table Preferences: We do not reserve specific tables or areas. Seating is assigned upon arrival and subject to availability.
  • Fully Booked? If we appear fully booked online for your desired date/time, feel free to send a booking request or contact us directly on (02) 9708 1307 or info@alfaisalmandi.com.au, we’ll do our best to fit you in.
  • Special Requests & Events: Planning a birthday, celebration, or special occasion? Please mention any requirements in the comments section of your booking or reach out directly via phone or email.
  • Booking Confirmation: Once your reservation is submitted, a confirmation email will be sent. If it doesn’t appear in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
  • Technical Issues: If we don't receive your booking due to a technical error and you haven’t heard from us within 2 hours, you’re welcome to call us directly to confirm your booking status.
  • Reservation Rights: Reservations are free of charge. However, we reserve the right to cancel any booking at our discretion due to operational issues, unforeseen circumstances, or high walk-in traffic.
  • Should you wish to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to allow us to accommodate other guests.

    • If you're planning a special event, party, or have any specific requirements, please mention them in the comments section when booking or get in touch with us directly.
    • Once you submit your reservation, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If it’s not in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
    • If, due to any technical issue, we don’t receive your booking and you haven’t heard back from us within 2 hours, you have the right to contact us directly by phone to confirm your booking status.
    • Reservations are free of charge, but we reserve the right to cancel bookings at any time due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural events, walk-in guest volume, or operational needs.
